Blowing her up like the blue-berry girl from Willy Wonka isn't realistic, but giving her a nice little, but noticeable bulge would be really cool, and somewhat realistic. Face it, what-ever goes into Maggie has to come out of Mary. So there's only so much volume Mary could produce and store and eventually pump into Maggie.

I love cumflation - but, from a purely entertainment perspective, I don't want to force a huge load of unrealistic.. ehh....or rather, coerce a hyper-realist into swallowing a bunch of... uuh... hmm...
