Some Big News!

OK, I wanted to keep this quiet and just kinda surprise everyone but there may be some weird delays in my animating in the future and I want to be able to explain why. And I am a huge fan of transparency and being up front about everything so....

As you probably know I am working on Amy's intro scene "Doe Dick". WELL, the big news is I have official "hired" someone, who we will call "Agent Blue" (DUN DUN DUN!!!!) to do Audrey's intro scene. This mean, two full scenes will be in production at once. Which means, things will get released twice as fast. Agent Blue has already helped with some scenes and you've already seen their animation in my final animations. They do wonderful work and I cant wait to share what they do.

While they are doing the animating for these scenes (which is by far the most difficult part of the process so this is a GIGANTIC MEGA ULTRA time save) occasionally there will still be some "delays" in animation as I stop working on my scene to setup renders, do clothing simulations or make some tweaks to Audrey's scene. And of course, I will still have to render out all of the work in the end.

I do plan to buy a dedicated rendering PC after I get all my assets done for Amy's Big Wish which will speed things up even more =)

ANYWAY, I just wanted to share the news with you!

The short version of this post is: I have hired a 2nd animator, Agent Blue, who will be working on Audrey's scene starting this week. ALSO, I AM VERY VERY VERY EXCITED!!! ALSO, THIS MEANS ANIMATIONS WILL COME OUT WAY FASTER THAN BEFORE!!!
