Dead Winter Minicomics Batch #30

I've said before but I'm targeting 100 minicomic before I can settle down with this side project and call that Season One or similar. I've got a couple more jokes up my sleeve but I also have some other projects I need to focus on, so as we get closer to the 90 range we're coming up on the conclusion of this project. I think people have been enjoying these strips, as I've had a lot of fun expanding on the comic world in ways I never could with the main comic. For now, though, here's this week's batch of minis for you to enjoy!

#082: Though she hasn't used it in the comic for a while, Alice still carries her frying pan as a melee weapon and it's freely usable in the game. Hauling around a pan like that raises the question: does she actually cook food on that pan when she isn't clocking dudes on the head with it? Today I'm pleased to answer this question. Lizzie has probably taught her come good short-order cook recipes too. The rest of the team might be a bit apprehensive about taking a bite, however.

#083: I've had this idea in my head for a while where someone picks someone else up by the ankles and swings them like a baseball bat. I'd gone back and forth on who should do it and I settled on Lou and Lizzie since they're both the melee specialist characters in the game. The swing arc here is actually one of Lizzie's attack animations in her core game combo, so it's a funny twist to put her in the role of her mop.

That's what I've got for this week. I should have time for more after I finish the next main-comic page, but I'm gonna let that be my focus until it's done and then shift over to minis from there. Until next week, take care!
