He'll have a *lot* more than 2 times the DPS; just increasing the skill level of the attack aura probably increases it more than that, but his metamagic is multiplicative. Right now, his full multiplier is: 1.8 (amplify aura) * 1.8 (aura focus) * 1.3 (channel mastery) = 4.212. After all of those are maxed out (shouldn't take long at this rate), he will multiply by: 2 (amplify aura) * 3 (aura focus) * 2 (channel mastery) = 12. So a conservative x2 for the skill improvement, x3 more from x4 -> x12, is 6x stronger than current.

2019-07-30 19:56:44 +0000 UTCDo you think Rain will unlock a Hidden skill for being able to Regen his whole HP pool in less than a 30 seconds with [Life Well] and his aura boosting skills?(I am pretty sure can boost his auras over 350% by now ) same with stamina and [Engery Well].

2019-07-29 19:01:15 +0000 UTCeh, tbf, he hasn't really said anything belittling to his face, just thought it in his pov... and who knows, a little instruction in melee fighting might be good to him

2019-07-26 15:54:26 +0000 UTCRegardless, he needs to level Winter and it wont get exp unless he uses it. The Focus is so he burns more mana while using it, and thus will gain 'more' exp

2019-07-26 15:45:24 +0000 UTC... winter was a terrible choice for griding aura focus. it's MP cost is measured per HOUR. better to focus with velocity or purify which has per second/minute costs. ... ahahaha ignore me, i just went back and reread, he was focusing winter to get his mana back then used purify~ perfect, tho he'd get more out of velocity, it could hurt someone if they walked up to him,,, and detection is murder on his head when boosted iirc

2019-07-26 15:32:46 +0000 UTCWhat sort of class he could get for regening over 2 million mana, 84% of his skills being in aura trees(with at minimum 40% of his overall points being in the Utility Auras tree if even two of his level 19-25 of his skill points goes into the Utility aura tree. five point if he want to go over 50% in the Utility aura tree) and having Clarity at least 25 times greater than focus? If he gets Essence Well to lvl 10(if it gets 200% Efficiency) and leaves it on threw the night like he does winter aura he could regen 72000 mana per night assumeing ten hours sleep meaning he would regen 2160000 mana a month at minimum from nightly use of Essence Well alone.(once he has Prismatic Intent he could leave Essence well on full time for 172800 mana regen a day or 5184000 a month and thats if he doesn't get the Tier 2 of mana regen aura as one of his 19-25 skill points and keep it and Essence well on useing Prismatic intent). edit:with just Essence Well he could regen 62208000 mana a year same with the other two well auras.

2019-07-26 01:52:37 +0000 UTCHm, if I'm counting correctly, Rain can just about get Prismatic intent at 25. That's what it takes to change his build from 'pretty good' to 'powerful', so he should probably go for it if he manages to find an essence monster. The next Class Selection, though... I feel like the smartest thing to do there is to take a year off, max all the skills, unlock all skill tree tiers he can, kill a horde of monsters, get real mastery of auras, regenerate a ton of mana, and THEN pick a class. The requirements for classes are non-simple. Not just attribute allotment, but how many monsters you've killed, how much you've regenerated, whether you've killed an essence monster on your own. Logically, that's just the top of the iceberg, and there are a bunch of things you can do to get a good class... The only thing that would argue against trying to get as many accomplishments as possible in case some of them unlock an OP class, is if there's a class that specifies a requirement like "have leveled over 20 times in the last month". That's one of the few areas where he indisputably has an advantage, requirement-wise; how quickly he has leveled.

2019-07-25 23:20:39 +0000 UTCGoing into sensory deprivation regularly would have quite an effect, I would think. For good or ill!
Delta
2019-07-25 21:05:47 +0000 UTCSo, if he's going to regularly lie in a state of sensory deprivation for two-and-a-half hours at a stretch after his [mana synergy] skill maxes out, and he has vastly improved mental clarity and memory to draw from, he's probably going to be meditating, going over his day in detail, thinking of various strategies, etc. That amount of mental training is probably going to have as much of an effect on his mental development as everything else combined...

2019-07-25 18:49:42 +0000 UTCIf I remember correctly, Rain gave the money to Val.
2019-07-25 17:08:30 +0000 UTCSo if he lost all his money where did he get the money from? So who did he kill in order to get that armor and scrolls.
Håvard
2019-07-25 16:34:17 +0000 UTCIn a few days, he'll have three times the mana and twice the DPS, so it's probably safe to say Rain will win most magic duels from now on, until Val actually gains a few levels. Val could try to rush him in the beginning, but he'd need to learn to cope with the [velocity] aura, first...
Elaborate
2019-07-25 13:28:57 +0000 UTCYup, Val is an asshole. Why doesn't Rain just say 'I refuse, stop being a bully.'? He literally saved his life, and yet he repays him by trying to beat him up, and belittles him whenever possible.
Andrew Meyers
2019-07-25 12:15:22 +0000 UTC... he might have won, but he's like 10 levels higher than val... ^^; tho i guess he's support too
