I like how you are taking your time to explain how careful Rain has to be now that he's shitlisted over his magic use. A lot of authors would have just completely ignored that point and made it into an awkward plot hole.

So what, we should enslave doctors and healers to work for free since he doesn’t want anyone to pay for healing?
