Hello! Here's the textless version of the new comic page for you. There shouldn't be too much dialogue on this page so the write-up ought to be quick.
I had a lot of fun painting the elevator mirrors in this page. I tried to imagine how real mirror panels worked, and draw not just the primary reflections but the secondary reflections inside the mirrors of the mirrors. It's quick and splotchy but it does what mirrors in an elevator are meant to do and makes the space feel a lot bigger.
It's a bit of a relief to get this page done. Between the last one and this one there's just been a bit of silent setup for the rest of the scene, so having this in the tank feels good. I had been nervous moving into this scene but I feel more confident about the pieces coming together. I'd like to get through the remaining pages a bit quicker so I can get the whole flashback in place and get back to the main characters, but this should help tie up a few loose threads on Monday's backstory.
It's a bit late tonight but I have time to get this page lettered and posted. I should be able to get the next page's sketch phase ready for Friday, and I should also have some new gamedev stuff to report as well. Thank you for your patient support of this project. See you again on Friday!
