HBoy's QuantV Preset 1.5

This preset includes:
- Accurate sky colour and hue
- Created a more realistic sun brightness by using the RTGI shader and its RayTracing capabilities
- Improved the brightness for the nights
- Achieved an even better dynamic range
- New RTGI settings for more accurate interiors and more accurate bounce lighting around the map (Now adaptive!)
- Improved interior lighting by adding adaptive features to the bounce lighting
- Used a LUT for precise colour grading and colour correction
- Much better darker colours
