Not so much a strategic view to hard conversation, but rather the emotional guide and (vitamin). Because you mentioned the extremes and that alone makes for intimidating ground, I thought of the book by Dylan Marron, Conversations with People Who Hate Me. The book speaks more to those "drive by" comments online and other online arenas. It has a focus on grounding the conversation. Good luck!

Conspiracy theories on both ends of the political spectrum have things in common: A deep distrust in the government and the elites ("THEY"), along with a disregard for scientific evidence. In his book "How to Talk to a Science Denier", Lee McIntyre references Peter Boghossian and James Lindsay's book "How to Have Impossible Conversations" and McIntyre starts applying the techniques discussed in it when talking to sciende deniers (disclaimer: I only read Lee's book). Just a thought. :)

From a production perspective, I think a subtle coat of stain on the shelves to separate them chromatically from your skin tone would be beneficial. Right now almost the whole frame is the same color and you have almost gotten "lost" in it. I love the attention to detail in the shelves, and always hunt for new items that have shown up or old ones that move or disappear.

I don’t know if this is the place to do this or what but I would like to submit a question for the next Q&A: I hang out is some… hyper anti authoritarian and extremely socially progressive spaces shall we say, and one of my big contributions to those spaces is conspiracy tracking and debunking, but I am often very frustrated when something will happen and everyone’s first reaction is to spin the same kind of conspiracies the right spins about us about them, and I am always the one trying to point this out and how we can’t let ourselves be taken in by conspiracy because it stifles the progress we want… is there a tactic or rhetoric I can use to make that message stick? How do we prevent conspiracies from taking hold on our spaces? Thanks as always.

Since I have only been aware of Beau's channel for a year or 2 there are many videos I haven't watched but am guessing they can be accessed. Should be interesting to see the evolution of the channel especially catching the original one that spiked his numbers & he sort of did on a lark.

Regarding the "delay" in Georgia: the referral from the Special Grand Jury landed toward the end of one regular Grand Jury. My listening and reading indicated the prosecutor was concerned about completing the GJ process before the term expired.
