Suggestions?

I'm hoping to provide a positive or interesting non-covid video each day. But honestly, between tracking down medical supplies, and getting the info out I feel like I need to, I'm having a hard time coming up ideas. I'm open to suggestions.

I know everybody understands that it's hard to switch gears, but I really think people could use some distraction and good news.

thanks for all the info on what is happening

Would love to learn about community gardens, not only in food deserts but in cities and small towns- the who's, how's & the impact on the communities. Here and around the globe- I bet we could learn much from "less developed" countries. Going further, how this concept can apply to other essential goods and services. Seems a wonderful way to forge community values & connections for all ages and abilities. Hope all is right and bright and safe with you & yours!

If you're still looking for suggestions, I feel like Marshall Rosenberg's Non-violent Communication strategies are good soil for many video ideas to grow in (regardless of whether you come to agree or disagree with the strategies). There's some YouTube videos on it (including one that's really long, about 3h, but really good) in case you aren't familiar.

As Twitter begins to fact check Trump, he wants to sign an executive order that would allow him to continue his barrage of lies and conspiracy theories. Now Zuckerberg comes out saying Twitter is wrong to do so. Wouldn't that be like making social media the Fox News of the internet?

I know your looking for suggestions on new topics. So here's my thoughts. How about whereby being able to admit he (Trump) had made a mistake with one or more of his disastrous decisions without actually admitting he made a mistake. Or how about a video on the rampant hypocrisy of members of Congress and conservative pundits such as Graham, McConnell, Hannity, Carlson, Pirro and Limbaugh. Just a couple of ideas.

Tell us something about your routine or habits focused on continuing to cultivate your own wisdom empathy and awareness. As a very separate idea, I’d love to hear the same topic as it pertains to self-care or wellness.. do you meditate? Do you yourself follow any of the 7 habits of highly successful people, ice showers lol. I would love to know.

Have you heard of Mumia Abu Jamal? If so, thoughts?

Trumps family and cronies are raking in huge profits on the $2,000,000,000,000 stimulus bill (https://youtu.be/14Ygl2DiUdQ). It seems to me that there is an incentive to lengthen the duration of the pandemic to maximize the profiteering. As you and almost every economist says opening early is the worst thing for the economy, this push seems to have two primary effects; if gets people from "taking" from the stimulus monies and it bankrupts properties, businesses, and governments. As the we have just give trillions of dollars to rightwing predatory shysters, it is expected that they will not just sit on a huge pile of cash - as Eric Trump said in his usual giving the game away early faux pas, "it's a great time to buy stocks". Question : Am I being a raving paranoid by thinking that the Trumpsters are using the pandemic and the deaths of my relatives and friends to free up trillions of unsupervised dollars and effectively forcing everyone to sell at bargain basement bankruptcy prices?

I think it is interesting that the one of the "hallmarks" of our progress as a species is the development of AI and industrial robotics, and yet once created and put to use it then becomes a topic of fear and controversy. Although I have often been in the "...Just because we can, doesn't mean we should" camp, these things have changed life as we know it, made highly dangerous work safer or not necessary at all, and have helped to discover things we may never have known any other way. Yang spoke to some of this during his campaign, although mostly from an economic standpoint and not always with a positive spin. What about a little counterpoint - the positive, creative and amazing ways these things have changed our society and why we should maybe back away a little from the "create it then hate it" stance. The Genie is not going back in to the lamp, so why not find a way to appreciate the new opportunities it provides?

maybe feature one worthy charity or activist cause per day or if you have enough, per video. Give a link and a small description and help them get exposure. Tell us why you like them.
