I've added some cold weather items as it can get downright cold where I am. I definitely learned something on starting a fire. That "V" shape is a handy little trick.

2021-02-21 01:45:50 +0000 UTCNice kit Beau, l grew up in the woods but have been in New Orleans 30 years. Yes, I am old but very anti-bigot and find all of your videos pertinent and truthful. I was taught from youth to camp, hunt, fish, cook, start fires, clean camp site, etc and found your video very instructional even as a refresher for me to watch. As a side note, I would add a couple of inflatable PFDs for anyone camping near the Gulf coast or a river, really no extra weight or space issues and could potentially save a life.

2021-02-16 00:47:25 +0000 UTCIt was great! Perhaps a 5-10 minute addendum. For the northern tier folks. Gloves, hand warmers, wool socks, winter hat and winter survival. Especially for the southern plains people in the 3rd week of February in 2021. They’re getting hit with snow and sub freezing temps.
