BAND-MAID - Warning (instrumental)

I know...

I KNOW!

...but I had to revisit this one because I didn't have the instrumental album back when I did the reaction and now I had to come back and hear what was lying underneath Saiki's golden pipes, okay?

The fun part is I found some sounds in here that I didn't hear in my first reaction and I really hope you hear something new like I did in this one!

Enjoy!

MISA MISA MISA!!!!! MISA MISA MISA!!!!! Easiest homework EVER. I always hear MISA so it's a Bass solo to me. Rhythm Guitar is the Instrument it helps for me to see it to hear it.

You definitely need to try sound separator/ isolator. You can try the free version first. If you don’t like it don’t waste your 💵. Of course when you praising A pigeon, I’m happy 😊. See

With MISAs bass line, the funny thing to me has always been when you hear it without the bass, you miss it when you never even knew it was there. Honestly, a great representation of this is the bass/guitar battle live at Yoko. At the beginning of MISAs solo, Miku is playing chords, but then she stops to allow MISA and Akane have the limelight, and I never would have appreciated the rhythm guitar there if it had never dropped out and come back in later.

20:38 yeah, I hear it just barely. She's backing up Saiki, or more filling in the gaps of Saiki's vocals.

I enjoy you revisiting the instrumental versions of BM songs

Miku has progressed so far! That Kanami writes parts for her that are not easy, at least anymore, and it releases Kanami to explore her inner Mincho more and more! Love it!

I have learned to listen to music differently since discovering Band-Maid, so much to hear in Band-Maid songs! Something new almost every listen!

Boxes of chocolates within boxes of chocolates.

Kanami always puts so much into her compositions. Almost every time I hear a Band Maid song, I hear something I may have missed on a previous listen.

Charles Coleman

I completely agree!

Just out of curiosity NittPicc, I would like to hear your thoughts on the progress of Miku as a guitarist. Literally starting from scratch to where she is now as a respected rhythm guitarist with her own signature model. I am not a musician. I love what I hear from these ladies and I have such mad respect for them in so many ways. But hearing the opinions of actual musicians is always appreciated.

Charles Coleman

The word that best fits Kanami's composing character is subtlety. Everything she does is for the song. How many lead guitarists, composers of their own music, would deliberately hide their part to enhance the flavor of a few bars of the composition? Not many, right? Every time I listen to their instrumentals I realize how many treasures are hidden down there waiting to be heard. I'm sure Kanami rejoices internally to hide her little pearls waiting for her fans to find them and smile.

Juan San

Just a minute or two in, but I must mention this. The outfit MISA is wearing here is my favorite of hers. It's elegant and badass at the same time and suits her perfectly.

Loved this. Seeing the music with Instrumental and commentary was wonderful. My experience with rock music is like treble clef and cords. Seeing how B-M actually scores it explains how they can be so consistent when they play the same song over the years. The only comparison I can make is Emerson, Lake and Palmer.

Instrumental Maids always have something you didn't catch on original official song... And as always you dig well into this!!
