FLiP - Log In "Rabbit Hole"

Thanks again to Heleqin for this suggestion!

This was a fun reaction to do at 2AM! I apologize as I was editing that I look like I was losing my mind.

After reacting to this it took me a little bit to actually wind down to sleep. The guitar solo wouldn't let me forget what it sounded like as I layed there in silence. I wasn't mad about it though!

I hope you enjoy this welcoming cool style rock music into your ears this morning! It's so worth it!

I had this song stuck in my head for weeks. and then i went down the proverbial rabbit hole trying find out more. I was able to find and purchase the Love Toxicity album (which is their 3rd) along with their first 2 albums. I haven't been able to find their 4th album or any of the mini-albums though. Looks like somewhere along the line they switched publishers from Sony Music Japan (who seems to be curating their youtube page) to Universal on at least one of the mini albums as there's one song on the Universal Music Japan youtube page that's not on the FLiP youtube. The songs produced after Love Toxicity are a lot less rock, but are still really good, they really don't have a bad song. Really wish i could find more info about them. I couldn't find any info on how much of their music they wrote themselves, but given that the lead singer Sachiko has found a second career writing songs for anime openings and closings as well as for other artists I'm guessing a lot of their songs they wrote themselves.

I loved listening to "Garbage" too! Anyway, soooo glad Princess Nittpicc decided to check this phenomenal band out live. The energy and the attitude explodes out of the screen. They always change up the live songs from the studio version. Live FLiP is best FLiP! To me, they are like the rebellious version of Band-Maid. They are as creative compositionally, their bassist solos in the background like Misa, phenomenal drummer and lead guitarist. And the singer does very intricate rhythm guitar work whilst singing. In fact, I feel their rhythm guitar parts are more intricate than Band-Maid! And, yes, the supporting singer is the drummer, how cool is that?! ...... Would love to recommend the next song for Princess Nittpicc to check out, but they do not have a bad song! ( Sounds familiar? )
