Danish Symphony Orchestra - The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly

Grab your popcorn and cowboy hat! Here comes the spaghetti western music from the film The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly. This video was partially blocked on YouTube, so I figured why not share it here!

The wah wah lady is really demonstrating the difference between "singer" and "vocalist"

I've gone back to the beginning and am watching everything again (and some stuff for the first time... like this) and omg your earnest love of all things music is a balm that soothes the soul. So glad you became a reaction content creator :D

Funny, a flute player that can't whistle. I play the clarinet, but I can whistle songs every bit was well as she is doing. But, I could never get a good consistent sound when trying the flute. So, maybe there's a rule whistlers can't flute. And flutistists can't whistle. (I'm sure that's not true). Also, playing clarinet, I sit right in the middle of the orchestra and to have all this sound surrounding you is an incredible experience.

Incredible! What genius wrote this? If there was never the film would this even exist? Was this commissioned by the film's producer? This is a magnificent piece of music! Thank you so much NP!

Chris Egbert

The whole concert is fantastic. The concert was billed as "The Most Dangerous Concert". The Danish Symphony does something in this vein every summer. Tuva Semmingsen, the whistler/wah-wah woman, is a well respected coloratura soprano from Norway. Being the soloist is the norm for her. I agree with Sarah Hicks being easy to follow. She's the principal conductor of the Minnesota Orchestra and the on staff at the Curtis Institute.

Robert Herring

I play clarinet and have played this song. It's a blast, especially since I sit right in the middle of the orchestra surrounded by sound.
