Kids Rock for Kids - Hysteria (by Muse)

BAND-MAID - Freedom (Official Live Video)

- I was NOT expecting this one to go the way it did!

Ado - Show

Hi, I love your reactions. I get giddy imagining your reaction to Atarashii Gakko! I think this single-take choreography version of Seishun Wo Kirisaku Hado is a good place to start. Like how you want to go Live with Band-Maid, you want to go single-take choreography with AG!

Requests for Patreon peeps are always open. 😉

Ahhhh .... good B-M choice. Yesterday wrote something on someones else's Youtube (question was song that got you hooked) so might as well cut&paste: quote Hooked immediately after seeing a reaction for Freedom (not sure if it was Tank, Wave or Chase). Was never an avid music listener, only really putting music on in the background when working around the house or on long journeys and I only really listened to Rush for the last 2 decades. I appreciated and liked the vituosos (Vai, Satriani) and various Hard rock/heavy metals bands but only really when I was with friends - by myself I'd put these on and within a song or 2 I'd be like "yeah, not really in the mood". Not so with Rush, the variety of sounds (although there are a handful of songs I can't get on with) meant that I could put their discography on shuffle on a long drive and never get that feeling of unease or boredom. A wee while after they retired in 2015, I started getting on youtube to find any concerts/interviews/etc that I hadn't seen before and that subsequently got me accessing reaction videos. None of my friends liked Rush so I quickly realised the enjoyment they envoke by way of validation. I kept on seeing (in suggestions list) others like Nightwish and of course one takes in the message on thumbnails or titles and such so "I guess they must be pretty good". i saw Band-Maid quite a few times and did think "hmmm really" and then I started seeing captions on the thumbnails like "wow those drums" etc ... and then I saw one caption on Tank the Tech with "They NIghtwished me". Right, ok, let's see what they've got. As say, can't remember whose reaction I looked at but chose freedom purely because of the drum solo. Mid-tempo with a nice heavy classic riff - cool. Crowd interaction - wow, looks fun. All instruments fairly well balanced in mix, can here everything (something I particularly like about Rush) - nice. Big smiles everywhere then Kanami sits next to Miku - I'm Sold. Smiles around Akane - Sold more. Drum Solo, Guitar solo - oh my yes, neither overly complicated or too flashy just a perfect fit. Drums continue to develop/evolve/make sense throughout the rest of the song - Yep, I'm in. Still haven't heard Nightwish or any other band (or at least fully) - I have no need to. unquote I'd request this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WgK3S9IKshA if requests were open. Cheers for now (catch you tomorrow!) :)

It's not sad at all, same same

Minchorules2809

It isn’t sad! It’s really cool that I can spark joy in someone’s life. 🥰 I guess NEK! needs to be explored!

NittPicc

I'm not sure how sad this sounds, but Princess Nittpicc's reaction videos are one of the highlights for me each week.... Anyway, talking about young talent, NEK! is another young Japanese girl rock group average age 16 I think. Absolutely Phenomenal! They just released their first MV of their song "Get Over". As the saying goes, no matter what you're good at, there's probably a Japanese girl in a maid costume who'd blow you out of the water. ( Or something to that effect. ) 😆
