How could a band with such a good sound constantly be arguing? I understand that they sometimes argue about making sure they are together when they rehearse, but man. I feel bad for them.
...and Momoka dropping a bomb on the group like this? WHAT?!

I actually found that there was often elements of this kind of friction in a bunch of the bands and original projects I was involved in during my late teens-mid 20s. Even if you have unified goals overall, it's difficult to pull effectively in the same direction when you're creating the material itself, especially if there are multiple songwriters/arrangers. You all have different influences, varying facility on your instruments, there's a degree of ego involved and you usually each picture the music coming together differently as a result through that amalgamation of elements. The strength of that approach is that when it works you create something greater than the sum of it's parts, you're willing to fight your corner but also get nicely surprised when other members come up with stuff you would've never have thought of playing. Conversely performing in an ensemble or doing covers with a band involved less potential conflict because your focus is to replicate/interpret existing repertoire, the music itself is already written so you know approximately how it should sound as a baseline to work from.

Also, Rupa being, for a lack of word, "a chick magnet", is so funny to me. If you rewatch the scene when people take photo with her, all of them are girls and being nervous next to her ^^. The show didn't shove it to your face, but seem very queer to me. One final point, you can see that Tomo aknwoledge that she have a slip of toungue when she talk about Rupa's parents being dead, but I take it in a way to show that Tomo is comfortable enough with Nina to let her guard down. Yeah the girls butt head together a lot, but the fact they still are a band and want to work together is a demonstration that their bickering aren't that serious and that they are desesperate in a way, they throw all they have into this band and want it to work.
