Hola Familia!

Sorry for the late post. I had to finish up a graduation cake for a client...and yeah, I make cakes sometimes when someone asks me to.🎂 After I put the finishing touches on the cake, I decided to check out a Rough Riders game in Frisco. I got home late!

This week has been better. It was worrisome for a little bit this last week trying to get Jacen (cat) to eat his new food. After testing out many mixtures to suit his pallet, he finally decided on dry kibble with dehydrated chicken. He now has a blodd sugar monitor attached to him so I and the vet can keep track of his sugars. Hopefully this will help get him regulated! Anyway...!

  • The journey continues with "YOLO," but not the music video! I asked our friend Ohrenje if I could react to his US Tour 2023 LIVE fancam compilation video and I got his blessing for this and any other videos he has! I cannot wait to check this out!

• David Lee Roth - "Goin' Crazy" (Loco del Color)

  • When I saw the thumbnail for this video I was confused by the two orange men sitting there. I read that it's possible that this music video might not have aged well. I am very curious about this video, but I am more interested with David Lee Roth. I have heard that name before in the context of Van Halen (thanks Panic!). I am a fan of the works by Van Halen that my dad showed me, and supposedly this sounds more "Van Halen" than anything he was releasing at the time.

• Jimi Hendrix - "All Along The Watchtower"

  • This suggestion I HAD to react to. I won't lie. I have heard this song before, but I've never heard Jimi Hendrix's version. I have heard Dave Matthews Band and Bob Dylan's versions. I'd say it's time for me to hear this version, no?

• BAND-MAID, PRIME - "Don't You Tell Me" Kanami, Akane, Misa, & Miku self-covers

  • There is so much on PRIME that I haven't dug through, so we are going to check out videos that go along with the album we are going through. I am excited to see what antics Misa and Kanami get into. The video thumbnail tells me it's adorable!

  • Episode 10 had no right to make me cry! On to episode 11! Almost done!

  • Look...I really like Otoha. Is it really that bad that she wants to be friends with Lilisa? I understand Lilisa's reasoning for trying to stay away, but their chemistry musically? INSANE.
