Another late post this week. A lot of emotions are coming up for me this week. I am feeling not so much myself lately. I think it could be the thought of summer band coming around the corner...
I have the "beginning of the school year scaries," and there's nothing I can do!

• The journey continues with the live performance of "CROSS." From what I understand after some research, this was not fully composed by the maids. This isn't uncommon in the early stages, but it will be interesting to talk about it! (I have a feeling you all know this info, but still!)

  • You know I had to check out this guitarist when I saw that he lives somewhere in McKinney, Texas. That's seriously close to home! I am continuing this journey of learning about the guitar greats and I am enjoying the music and the education I am receiving from you all!

• Miyako - Music writing demo, pt. 2+3

  • I have checked out part 1 of this collection, and I am glad that I was reminded that there are 2 more videos in the collection. We are going to go ahead and dive into both parts here. I can't wait!

• BAND-MAID, PRIME - "Day of Maid," Special Talk, May 10th 2022.

  • I plan on diving down more of the self-cover videos again, but I have been curious about this video in particular since the US tour was in 2022 and the poster in the back of the video shows the 2022 tour. I want to hear what they have to say! I feel like I am finally understanding their story and the more I listen to them talk about their lives and music, I gather more info!

  • Episode 11 goes on with the outdoor festival. It's a small stage, but hey! They're playing the festival!

• Rock is a Lady's Modesty

  • Episode 4 seems to begin with drama from Lilisa's new step-sister. Also, looking for new band members? How easy could that be?

Does anyone ever feel like there is so much to do but so little time? I know I am not alone in this. I hope that if you are feeling like this lately that you find the time to get all the things on your "to-do" list done! We will do this together! I also hope you are all well!
