Based on some recent tweets I saw, it looks like the Kannai Devil show will be no more pretty soon. I really wasn't sure it still existed until I saw those tweets.

2025-09-07 13:29:34 +0000 UTCDr Yellow were yellow-painted Shinkansen filled with instrumentation to measure the tracks and overhead wires. Recently they started retiring them replacing them by instrumentation on regular passenger trains. Since there were few of them and did not run on an announced schedules rail fans usually saw them by chance and seeing one was supposed to bring you good luck.
