I hope you guys can help me out when I was trying to put a general label on what this song makes me think of style-wise.
Again I was astonished by the amount of parts created for the band in this song. Like a comment a read last week, Kanami seems to compose with a symphonic sound in mind and you can see it from the score.
I cannot wait to dive into the next two books. Should I work through Brand New Maid first?

The twanginess is giving southern rock, but I dunno about the rhythms. Those remind me a little of punk or even ska (call me crazy, but I kinda hear it), but that’s not what it is.

She would not say which member's hands they were. Only to check all the past videos and observe everyone's hands!

The "hidden" solos are a distinctive feature of Band Maid, I don't really find examples of anything like that in other bands. Kanami writes a huge amount of music under the vocals, I guess that's one of the attractions of her music, you always end up finding little surprises long after you've heard the song for the first time.
