Bocchi the Rock season 2 was just confirmed, so don't expect it till mid-late 2026. Eliza voice actress is Sally Amaki, an American of Japane heritage. She usually voice "english/american like" characters in anime because obviously English is her first language and speak it without Japanese accent.
