April 22, 2025: Shareholder Meeting!

Discussions included today are:

1. Why were there so many interruptions these past 3 months?

2. My attempts (or lack there of) at doing things to keep myself physically and mentally healthy.

3. Where’s the money going?

I’m also typing this here for a memory…

My mic is old. The company that made it still makes good mics though. Here is a link to what it is: https://distrio-marketing.myshopify.com/products/tascam-tm78-condenser-microphone-w-tabletop-mic-stand-microphone-cable-demo I didn't think the direction mattered only because when I used to stream, it could face anyway and it would be fine. I am not a sound guru though. Lol

We're happy to provide you with support for the content you provide, it is your money to do with whatever you want, it's none of our business, you well and truly provide value for money 🤘

Fully agree

Hi ... I'm PANIC ... though for some reason you still insist on calling me a very formal "P in D" :p . I think I said this in the last meeting but ... that money is YOURS to do with as you see fit ... you EARNED it. None of us here want to see you struggle in the summer ... we already know you are a very responsible (and responsive) person. Personally I am concerned you are working too hard (for us) but you are the best judge of that. i don't personally need to know where that money goes, only that you are happy, safe, and able to share what you enjoy with us. As far as watch parties, live reactions, whatever ... I have just about every BAND MAID concert ever recorded ... ok, maybe not, but I have a lot. I don't mind sharing them on any weekend evening in the DISCORD ... movies if you like too. KATE, May 17th at 8:30 PM EST!!! The bottom line is that this ... community needs to be enjoyable for most involved. As long as you remain the glue we will stick together. We gather for your content and your reactions to things. It is your obvious genuine joy that makes watching fun! Carry on ... and stop explaining your whereabouts :p .

PANIC

I believe the expression yo are looking for in English is "hookers and blow" ;) . Corrupting Frant :p .

Knowing that you are an "old" punk rock fan, I'd love to see you do more punk rock reactions or perhaps have a punk rock request stream that we can request punk songs and chat about them. Chats can be so much fun! I always look forward to Band Maid premieres, in large part because I know the Chat is going to be a blast!

I love the idea of live streaming anything with you, be it movies, reaction requests, you name it. As for the money, at least from my standpoint, I give freely because your content is well worth it. Please do with the $$$ what you will. And if you should spend it on a drunken weekend in Tijuana, just make sure you vlog it! LOL!! NittPicc, I love what you do and I love your appreciation of your fans and especially your love of our 5 Sainted Ladies of Rock po. But also, please do take time now and then to pamper yourself, rest yourself, eat healthy, exercise, etc. If you need to take some down time, just know we love you and we understand. You rock NittChick! Much love to your family and PLEASE bring your brother back for more reactions! Marc is awesome!

With live music reactions it's tricky from the copyright angle for YT (accounts can get hit by strikes quite easily) and to a lesser extent Twitch (you're usually fine there provided you don't archive the streams afterwards on platform). Plus I'd say part of your 'brand value' is the more musically analytical side, which could potentially be somewhat diluted by the more raw aspect of live reactions. Live concert community watches, provided you're familiar with the majority of the material, could work though. Just don't stretch yourself too thin in an effort to hit a self-prescribed amount of engagement/interaction, we expect that there will be a degree of fluctuation in your output levels, the quality is more important than the quantity and you do a good job of being transparent through your update posts both on Patreon and YT. Gaming streams I can't say I'd drop in on regularly, but that's as much down to my own tastes and limited free time. Before becoming a civil servant I spent 12yrs working at Game (the UK equivalent of Gamestop) with 3/4 of that in management, so I got burnt out on the triple AAA hype cycle. Once I left I stopped trying to keep up and went back to my PC games, primarily 4x & RTS strategy titles, single player RPGs and point & click adventures. I appreciate the degree to which you make an effort to interact on Discord, especially given your punishing term time work schedule. Don't always know directly to what degree you see what I'm posting about, what with the understandable ongoing no tagging rule (think your notifications would get overwhelmed pretty quickly without it); but as evidenced by some recent reactions it's clear you're paying attention to a decent chunk of it. Also I hope my band history/guitar technique info dump comments on Patreon are proving useful, I try to gear them towards a mixture of answering questions you ask within the videos and filling in blanks for the rest of the audience. With your current microphone does it have a true figure-of-8/bidirectional polar pattern or is it more of a supercardioid? The latter whilst accepting sound from both sides will definitely demonstrate more of preference towards the hot side and might explain the audio issues.

NittPicc, I know you realize this, but time-management is the key to keep you physical and mental. Other than your career, eliminated negative activities and people from life is a start.

For money same as 1st meeting, just spend them on margharitas amd throw money on stippers. Live reactions is a great way how to get throw evergrowing list of suggesrions, interact with audience and just skip the editing phase.

frantaf

You already have a variety of content, but if you're thinking of throwing something else in the mix from time to time... what about a movie reaction? Of course, music-themed movies-such as: The Commitments (1991) Crossroads (1986) True Stories (1986) Crazy Heart (2009) Inside Llewyn Davis (2013) Honkytonk Man (1982) The Harder They Come (1972) ... you get the idea. Yeah...movie editing is much more labor intensive than a 6 minute music video....

Bill W

You do a lot of reactions, both here and YT, and you spend time in discord. If you need time, take it - always good to communicate that.

David Cousins

Thank you for your honesty ,you are the best reactor to Band Maid I have found in the past 5 years l have been following as a fan of Band Maid. And yes to a live stream Band Maid Sunday. Thank for all your hard work God Bless

Ian Grant

You're more consistent with content than many other youtubers. (I've seen some go 2 weeks without a word). Keeping an upload schedule is not that important to us. If you need extra days, take 'em. Also, we appreciate you participating in your Discord. Some reactors set it up, then disappear and aren't actually present on it.

Bill W

6 music reactions plus 2 anime reactions per week takes a lot of time. I would be happy with half of that number.
