Not only is the a talent, but this is a skill you are born with and then nurtured through years of practice. I also love the use of pure temperment singing. I imagine it would probably be easier to do singing, but I can't be so sure on this.

This one isn't the most adapted to plenly hear his range, if I remember correctly, he have five octave so even if he is a bass singer, he can sing higher, there is two song that I have in mind that could show it better if you want, I could share them in discord. But also, he is part of an accapella band, which is worth analising. Just to finish, it is funny that you talk about The Charismatic Voice, since she analised a bunch of his cover and those of his band, she even participated with one of them.
