Rock Is A Lady's Modesty, S.1, Ep.11 - Lady Ver: "I Want To Be A Noble Maiden"/Rock Ver: "It Lets You Dance All Over Them"

I resonate with Lilisa in this episode.

My instrument is everything to me.
MUSIC is everything to me.

Yes, it is fun and I love doing it, but this is my livelihood. I chose to get an education in music because I loved it so much I wanted to share how cool it can be with others. It can be hard when others don't see it like I do, but it's my biggest love. It's not just fun. It's EVERYTHING...

What is your everything?

The same way as they model Lilisa's hair despite Mincho's being very different and covered by the mo-cap helmet, extrapolation of the underlying mannequin. Plus the motion physics are following anime BS logic rather than attempting accurate reality.

Ok a quick rather indiscreet question to the MAIDIAC commenters Sai-chan is credited with the mocap for Tina sooooo how did they get the jiggle physics as Saiki is well not quite at level of Tina, no dis-respect meant.

The pastiche of Japanese high society being portrayed in the show IRL was initially adopted during the Meiji period of the late 19th century when the country rapidly modernised from what was previously a feudal society. It's largely based off European upper class norms of the time, albeit through somewhat of a filter; which was & still is very different from the American equivalent. I suppose guitar/music would be considered 'my everything' in terms of personal passions, because as a late starter I had to fight my corner to pursue it as far as I did academically and to this day I couldn't imagine ever not playing. It's also obvious externally when I'm depressed, because my enthusiasm & discipline for practice & making time in my schedule for guitar is usually the first thing that suffers. Kind of ironic/self-destructive given that playing guitar itself is also one of the things that acts as a cathartic outlet and helps me control my state of mind.
