Gary Moore - The Messiah Will Come Again

The way this song plays with the idea of attending a church sermon is really something else. It is amazing that the guitar playing by Moore feels like a choral leader singing gospel to the congregation.
This is a Rock'n'Roll church experience!

Gary was only in Thin Lizzy as an official member for a few short stints here and there, but he appears on a number of their albums as "additional musicians" on select tracks. (He does not appear on any of the songs that played on American radio.) Prior to that he was a member of Irish band Skid Row, along with several other Thin Lizzy members.
