We are proud to announce that we are releasing the first Patreon Beta for 11.0! The beta is available to $25 supporters, and above.
Please note that, at this stage, the game is an early prototype. It is playable but many features are still unfinished, or are yet to come. The early builds may contain a lot of bugs that we haven't yet found, or managed to fix. Our main reason for releasing the beta this early is to test the balance of the new weapons and to collect feedback on other new features. This will enable us to make changes more efficiently.
We ask you to refrain from streaming/recording the beta for the first 3 days, as we’d like to give some exclusiveness to our official partners.
If you don’t know how to access the beta, please follow these steps:
- If you haven't already, join our Discord server and make sure to receive your Discord roles (if you need help getting your Discord role, please follow this article).
- Navigate to the channel #SCP:SL Patreon β.
- Click the Install button.
- Launch the game and have fun.
We'll be informing about official testing sessions on the #patreon-testing-announcements channel. The first session begins now, and will continue for a few hours. If you find any issues with the beta, please let us know in #patreon-testing-report. You can also use #patreon-testing-chat to give us general feedback.
If you're already our Patreon supporter, you can upgrade your current membership. You'll be charged the difference between what you've already paid for the month and $25. As we get closer to the release, the price threshold will drop over time, to maintain an optimal amount of bug reports. Thank you for your continued support and have a great day!

2021-08-02 03:21:17 +0000 UTCI spent money to support them and its all about how convenient it is for them? you know, I wouldn't give a shit if the whole problem wasn't them providing the access of the work I'm supporting to mods who don't give a shit. Besides you have no point because they've released betas on steam before, I'm assuming your too young to remember that. It's also not about bitching I still like the project but they've jeopardized it with discord betas, now if they did it on purpose then they wont care but if they didn't then I have a chance of solving the problem without any extra work. They've already lost supporters I'm just giving them the chance to win them back -_- I'm a more stable supporter than you because you base your judgement on feelings instead of beneficial rational thinking making people like me worth listening too.

Discord is just the most convienient way of getting it out, it's the mod's problem, not the devs. Maybe you should take time to appreciate how much shit they're doing for us, instead of bitching about it because you can't afford ten dollars without stealing your mom's credit card.

I was personally permabanned by mods for a bullshit reason, I posted a meme that was too sexual (AS A JOKE) for their liking
