If a character gets suggested multiple times, they'll be put on top/higher on the poll, it's not a guarantee they'll be chosen tho.
You can suggest 2.0 versions of already existing mods (preferably older/first ones) such as Mona, Raiden or others; 2.0 focuses on enhancing the model, giving the character more variants (including NSFW ones if there aren't) and providing a proper Blend file~
