I'm so glad you added that second comment because I was like, "Wait, what?! Deb's keeping a secret about it?!" LOL I'm so glad to have you here on Patreon and along on this OTH journey with me! :) I was SO happy to see Peyton finally realize that she deserves better than him and how he treats her (and others). Karen and Deb's interaction was awkward (even more than it was supposed to be lol), but it REALLY made me like Deb. The whole situation is complex and for her to go there and say it didn't have to be their history was really big of her and not many people would be able to do/say that. She and Keith have rapidly become two of my favorites. :)

Just came over from youtube (i'm promisemochi over there) and i just have to say i love this reaction and am so happy i am a patreon now. i agree with peaches, i love having the video in your reaction. it just makes it so, so much easier as a viewer. i really love this episode a lot. we kind of start to get some character development here, though there's still a long way to go. i loved peyton's growth this episode as we saw her slowly lose her patience with nathan and his nonsense. her dialog in her bedroom scene was great. i think she thought maybe one day he'd grow out of things but seeing how dan was and the relationship with karen she realized that's not a loop she wants to get sucked into. i love deb a lot in this episode as well. i always took the scene as her just being there alone was in her mind extending an olive branch, like showing karen she isn't going to let the drama keep her from being a bigger person. but then karen accused her of being dan's spy, and everything she wanted to say came through. i really liked their interaction even if it was a bit weird lol oh darn, i'm sorry hulu gave that away!! yeah at this point in the season, it's a secret deb is keeping but the dialog on the porch was a bit muddled. i see both their points of view. they've had to struggle and sacrifice and there's dan and his other family with multiple homes and lots of wealth. i get karen wanting to keep dan at arm's length especially if he was an icky person even back then, but i can also understand lucas being frustrated. i'm so happy you enjoyed this episode!! this season starts out a bit odd at times. like now things are finally picking up and moving forward. there's drama and a bit of excitement. knowing you're up through episode 6 though, i am sure you know it only keeps going from here lol anyway great reaction and i'm looking forward to the next episodes :)
