That seems to be a pretty popular journey with this show. Given that it's shorter in length, I'm not completely ruling out giving it a few more episodes to see how it goes.

2022-06-26 07:10:07 +0000 UTCSee, I didn't even get that it was a flashback. I thought we got that scene and then jumped forward in time. I honestly didn't get a single thing from that scene because I was too confused and didn't care what was happening. :-/ If I do continue, I would probably go back and rewatch that scene first now that I know more about the characters and the "world" they're in.

2022-06-25 21:14:43 +0000 UTCIt might looked like you're dropped right in the middle of things at the beginning because a lot of action is going on, but it is a flashback, and it basically tells you everything you need to know about who Mal is.
