Not a spoiler because it's not important, but that animal "scream" towards the end that you thought was a bird is actually a fox, it's a very common sound to hear in the British countryside, especially at night. I thought I'd mention it as they use it again and again in Doctor Who to provide a spooky background atmosphere, but it's just a fox.
