Very sick pup...

Hey everyone! I just wanted to offer an explanation for why I've been so quiet this week.

Lorelei (our pup of 13 years that I love more than most people), suddenly started showing signs of poor health about two weeks ago. After a trip to the ER, we had some meds and she was supposed to start getting better.

However, when I got back from my most recent paranormal trip on Tuesday, I was shocked to see how much worse she had gotten just in the few days I was away.

She was admitted to an intensive care unit on Wednesday and has been there ever since.

There's currently about a 50% chance she'll make it, but that's much higher than it was when she was admitted on Wednesday so we're trying to remain optimistic.

However, everything about this entire situation is killing me. My brain is fried, I'm absolutely exhausted in every sense of the word, and I've lost count of how many times I've broken down in tears over the past few days. Words could never come close to describing how awful this feels and I just haven't had the strength to do any more than I absolutely needed to.

As an FYI... this shouldn't impact the One Tree Hill or Doctor Who videos for next week. However, I did hire a video editor who was supposed to have completed this week's episode of What We Do in the Shadows while I was gone last weekend and she has completely ghosted me. So, I am a little behind on that and will catch up when I am in a better place to do so.
