You made no comment on the toilet rolls that the Daleks were using to tempt the Thals! It's also encouraging to know that the Daleks have an interest in modernist sculpture - although how they were able to produce the thing is beyond me. You'd think it would have made more sense for the 'obligatory heavy object' to be a technological prop,similar to what the Daleks were using in their command center. I like the way the story abruptly shifts gear from a 'lets get the hell out of this city!' plotline to a 'let's get the hell back into this city!" plotline in such a short space of time. It makes for an enjoyable surprise cliffhanger.
