Brooke being a protective and supportive friend is why she is one of my top 3 favorite characters from the show. Also regarding your sidenote sometimes Britany says things in her reactions and I have to lol. Sometimes her predictions are spot on but other times all I can say to myself is "little do you know so and so is going to happen" lol

2022-08-10 06:11:25 +0000 UTCI love protective Brooke and I loved the twist of her staying with Karen. Lucas is a great friend. Felix won't be missed. Glad Brooke dumped him as soon as she found out. The whole Felix and Anna thing happened rather suddenly but I don't even care. OTH usually does a good job at giving characters layers, so we see some redeeming qualities. Never saw that with Felix. Always hated him. Good riddance. On a side note, 1 comment in particular I was like 👀. This tends to happen a lot. Can't wait for season 3 reactions lol.

2022-08-10 01:41:35 +0000 UTCI have not watched Britany's reactions yet, so might add more later. Their issues could be addressed now if they want them to be or not addressed even when she got back. They both have to want to fix it. I don't think their storyline is on hold even with her gone. It's just not moving in the direction we want. Haley took off her ring. She vocalized for the first time her thoughts on them marrying young and it coinciding with music. She seems as confused as ever, but seems to be leaning more towards music than marriage. Then again she asked him to stay to talk afterwards, but Nathan bounced, took off his ring and deleted her message. It feels like we are back to where we started, which seems repetitive, but it also feels different. This seems like forward movement toward a permanent split/divorce. This is the first time we've really seen Nathan give up.

2022-08-10 00:17:50 +0000 UTCWill always dislike how the writers wrote Haley for most of this season. Since Joy (Haley), Tyler Hilton (Chris), Gavin DeGraw (who sang the One Tree Hill theme song), and The Wreckers (Michelle Branch and Jessica Harp) did go on a One Tree Hill tour to a few cities over a month Haley has limited scenes/absences in episodes in the second half of this season. Since Joy's scenes as Haley are limited the later half of this season it feels like the Haley and Nathan's conversations are very repetitive because they really couldn't truly continue their storyline until Joy was back permanently. So right now Nathan and Haley's relationship issues really can't/won't truly be addressed until Haley returns home from tour.
