The character is originally a Heavy Cruiser (重巡洋艦, Jūjun’yōkan). However, in Kantai Collection, certain ship girls undergo significant upgrades called ‘remodels’ (改). After her second remodel (改二, Kai Ni), this specific character is reclassified as an Aviation Cruiser (航空巡洋艦, Kōkūjun’yōkan). Aviation Cruisers function somewhat differently and are sometimes grouped loosely or compared with Light Cruisers in terms of certain roles or stats, though they are distinct.
It appears Wink_MMD likely titled the video based on her final, post-remodel classification as an Aviation Cruiser, which can be easily confused with a Light Cruiser (軽巡洋艦, Keijun’yōkan) if you’re not deeply familiar with the game’s specifics.
