I’ll be honest, i cannot stand this episode for a very particular reason. There is NO way the Doctor would be friendly with Churchill. Churchill was a racist, xenophobic wannabe genocidal maniac and there’s no escaping that…

2023-02-02 17:55:58 +0000 UTCThere is actually an animation on Youtube called "The Dalek that time forgot" with about 20 minutes runtime (3 parts), which ties the Daleks in this episode to what happened in the series 4 finale, when we last saw them. This doesn't fix the weaknesses of this episode, but it's quite interesting to see the connection. There are a few references to Classic Who, but nothing what wasn't already mentioned in the series 4 finale, so I would not consider this a spoiler for Classic Who, but opinions may differ here. Maybe some other members could also give their opinion if this would be a spoiler for you?
