-A left out effect from the thrusters now gets disabled when skirt is off

Toggle Tiara & Tights | ALT + UP & DOWN Arrow Keys (↑|↓)
Simplify Heels | CTRL + ALT + DOWN Arrow Key (↓)
Toggle Top | SHIFT + UP Arrow Key (↑)
Known Issues (May not be fixable):
- Lots of clipping on the skirt
- Twisty Waist
The jets' effects when disabled tend to also affect other effects,
to fix this, open her INI with notepad and look for this section
Delete those 2 sections and save.
You will see the jets' effects coming out of nowhere but at least no other effect will be affected.

Was quite of a hassle to get her done, naturally for a character with a skirt, but this one had a few things that made things take longer, thankfully it all went well outside of the few issues mentioned above so thank you for your patience.
