The links are down for now, and once the project is 100% done, I'll be messaging all my PAtrons for the months of October and November with instructions on what to do for the game~

Hey there. Any news on this puppy? 31 days have passed and the links are broken still. any estimate on when the full game IDEKA '17 will be ready?

I think a good thing to add, if you can, is a 'hit' animation, cause I don't really know who is getting hit when they are. I'm fairly certain a 'hit' noise will be added at some point.

The only issue I am kind of having is the resolution is too big, when I shrink it down to fit, its still kind of hard to read the text in battle. Is there a way to change that?

Hey Dyne, I know you said check back later today and that the link should be up and running but just a reminder cuz I know you're busy that the links are still down and I know you forgot that they expire after certain time but I would really like to download the game again so that way I can continue playing until the next update period and looking back through the stuff I see I'm not the only one other some new patrons as well it were unable to download it.

The dialogue between the characters tell you where to get the key. If you played the 2016 IDEKA game, you'll know where to go, otherwise, you'll have to look around the manor a bit ;3

Dyne, I had to do a factory reset on my phone and lost everything, including all my sacrifices for EA. I went back to the last link for EA but it no longer works. Anyway you can help me out so I can get caught back up on everyone, and my Darius, before the next update? In the meantime, I'm gonna enjoy some Idkea!!!

How do you use the key? I got as far as the first door that was open but all the doors are locked or blocked

okay... Finished the patreon version of harold and spencer so that means its time for the IDEKA demo :3.... though I do have to say Spencer will always be my favourite, harold being the big cuddly bear. Give a note to The artist (It's cursedmark or something right? I'm realy sorry I don't remember) The emotions on Harolds face are perfect and just make me want to cry whenever I see them. Really well done. As for the story writing, Dyne, it's amazing. Never goiung to stop loving this novel, I can't wait for the next update to see where things go with harold!

i found the lava lake room a ton of times but i didn't see any torch that was clickable at all to put in inventory to throw in the lava lake, still stuck O.o

I hope to have loading and whatnot more optimized by final release. I had just learned of one method to help right before I was ready for the demo >.> The combat stuff is still in the works with the animations too, so we hope to show off that stuff better too! And thanks for the feedback on the controls. These things have been through a lot of changes, as we try to optimize it. Originally, I had all movement set to the arrow keys with A and C as attack and Cancel, but it was suggest to change to WASD for movement so one hand would be on the mouse for clicking and one on WASD for movement. It's really a touch choice! Thanks so much for the feedback overall too!

Hmmm, I thought her heal would heal HP at least (the animation for it is still... uuhh... broken), as for the healing potions, I don't think I got those implemented either. They exists, but I don't remember if they works as intended yet! I'll add that to my notes too!

a bit clunky but it's a demo so that's expected, i really wish the movement buttons were the arrow keys or that the select and cancel buttons weren't on the left side since having to do everything with one hand is extremely frustrating. also, i don't have a gaming computer so it ran super slow and took a long time to boot up, then i remembered i had google open and once i closed it it ran much more smoothly. i also noticed in combat they had the same animations for both attack and skills and the animation kinda loops when the battle is won, dunno if that's a bug or not. other than that, i thought it was pretty fun; the puzzles were neat, i loved seeing all the characters from the last game, the art is beautiful and i'm looking forward to the finished product

Spoilers : you lit the torch using the lava..in the lava area :) . Then you use the torch to melt something :) Hope it helps

Hmmmm I had what appeared to be a unlit torch, but according to the tooltip it was lit. Couldn't use it with anything so I threw it out of my inventory... did I just screw myself? XD

From what I played, it's really fun! I, however, ran into a problem where after the first battle in the forest, the game crashes. I can't get by it. I've restarted the game about 5 times and it always goes white screen then crashes right after I kill the slimes :(

does the hallway maze thing lead to anywhere to advance the story? cause i keep finding a spot for it that has an open door but the game says it's locked when it isn't lol just as i post this i find the way to advance the story......smh nvm nope still stuck in the maze, i find that lava pool place but that's it, nothing else to advance the story =/

Fixed it, I alt-entered to full screen because the window was quite a bit off my screen and while full screen no text is shown. Once I alt-entered again and full screened it in windowed it worked just fine.

Playing on PC, Windows 64-bit. I downloaded it, redownloaded it, and ran it as Admin. It never shows any dialog. Characters come in and are highlighted and dimmed but there is no text.
