Patreon Payment Issues

I know your extremely busy and might not see read this, but can you please update the guides soon and add the links of them on the overview section, so it's much much easier to find? I understand if that's not possible, but I would appreciate it if you could.

Seems Patreon can't go a few months without causing some kind of problem, hope everything goes okay for you Dyne :) (checked my bank and such and as far as I can see on my end, my monthly sub to you went out a-okay)

Not the first time this has happened to me, as Dyne is aware- However, this is the first time I've seen anyone else have the problem. Still no explanation from the higher ups either, besides "Outside Sources". What I do know is that Half the content creators here are going to miss paying rent or bills.

I cancelled my card because of it, fraud alert called me and I was like cancelling it right now then moved my stuff over to paypal. No issues this month paying for me it seems.

Welp bank canceled my card and I gotta wait for a replacement can't just unfreeze it this bites :/

I was kind of glad, I knew I had enough money, so I thought maybe something happend to my money. Hope they fix it asap.

Yeah, my entire bank account was frozen because they thought it was a fraudulent charge. It looks like Patreon switched to a UK-based charging company and that is making US banks think it's fraudulent. I called my bank yesterday and fixed my account, but it looks like the Patreon charge is still pending. Looks like my bank is perhaps waiting on Patreon to respond or something, we'll have to see if the charge goes through in the next day or two.

Oh? Maybe it wasn't the overseas thing for me then? I just started supporting Notes Of Heart as well and my bank told me they stop charges overseas unless I give permission. I thought it was weird though that my pledge for you didn't go through at first until after I called.

I got lucky in that mine went through without a hitch. I didn't realise it had even gone through until I had to verify my email to log into Patreon, lol. Hope everything is sorted for everyone now!

Had to make a paypal account but finally got it to go through. You deserve it for all the good work.

I had to call my bank since this error triggered fraud alert and they froze my card. Good thing I noticed before lunch.

I had an issue. But I just retried and it went through.
