About Chester

I like his gaming especially the Masters Of Magic stuff, being a fan of card games myself. It would have been just perfect if you could actually make your own deck and play it with him or others in game.

Chester did take a bit to grow on me, it wasn't until we went to the convention where I just fell "in love" with this passionate goofball. The way he gushes on about his anime, video games, and the costume he had made. I actually didn't just mindlessly move on the conversation, it drew me in and made me learn more. He has had a rough history with THAT guy but he kept trying to be strong and move on, it was a shame that Vernon had to mess with my character so I felt so bad that Chester keeps blaming himself for it. He was so reassuring but so vulnerable when it comes to my character but I do appreciate that he can be comfortable around me. I will admit that he seems like so much to unpack because of his temper, his cooking, his anime, his video games, his want for developing, his love for his brother and so on but it does all make sense as the days progress. His route is probably the only route that I am SO careful in picking, I just want Chester to be super happy. If I had to rank top 3 characters (THIS IS MY OPINION, NOT FACT!) I would pick Harold as #1 while Chester and Dozer is tied for 2nd. (In my head-fantasy, Chester, Dozer, and I are a throuple).

There is not really that much to add. Everyone pretty much has everything covered. My Favorite's in order are Harold, Dozer, Chester, spencer then darius coming in at last. (darius only because it took a long time to break through and see him for his real self) . With chester he was really just an open book with his heart on his sleeve, and just so much raw emotion, wether it was his goofiness, his pain, his newness to love and inexperience, his lack of anger control(but that could be explained because of vernon, I get the impression that Vernon is gay and couldnt show chester, so he went the wrong way about it and now its too late). The love his brother has towards him and the love he shares with his brother. His love for cooking and also game design. His hobbies and passions. He's just basically a big adoraBull guy with a nerdy innocence. As with all your writing you have given all these charecters their own personalities and basically given life to them, So much that the emotions carried through all these routes have made me tear up and cry . It was a combination of writing and would you believe even music choice. So getting back to the topic of the post, dont change chester he is perfect just the way he is.

I like Chester, he can be such an amazing goofball, I really like how both his living room and his room have some nice looking easter eggs to things. It does suck to hear what he's been through, although, it makes for a stronger relationship moving forward! (I haven't finished his route yet) I honestly was taken by surprise. His brother is pretty neat, Being the more smarter, to himself kind of person, I really like how he and Chester gets along at times but yet have their moments to complain to each other. I love how Chester was when he went to a convention, he's just so exited to see what there is to see and such, as far as to even cosplay for the cosplay event, even the costume was really cool looking! His job is nice, he seems to get it all done well! Chester is an amazing character! I hope to finish his route soon!

First things first, thank you for all that you do, you go above and beyond for this game and I'm looking forward to what you will do next!! On to Chester, I love the realness you put into these routes. I never been to a bath house before or an anime convention and his route let me experience those things. Also there were some very real scenes like the mc’s hazing. I would have to say this one of the mc’s most traumatic moments other than Dianna and Darius crashing. I was on the edge of my seat like what’s going to happen next and please nothing too bad happen. Also his route is very relatable. I play games, I play tennis, and I’m bi. His experience of being friends with the mc and falling in love with him reminds me of my relationship. All in all I loved Chester’s route. Suggestions: I love how you added a card game aspect to his route reminded me of either yu gi oh or magic. However after seeing coach’s route with D & D, I thought I would see more board games in Chester’s route. Also more roleplaying would be nice.

After completing Harold's route (PAPA BEAARRRRR ˚‧º·(˚ ˃̣̣̥⌓˂̣̣̥ )‧º·˚), Chester was quite a strange route to get into. He's... a big.. angry... shy... awkward... jock... nerd... mootaku (super cute btw haha) so there seemed like there was a lot being crammed into this big package. But i think what I'm liking best so far (i'm only at day 16!), is that both him and the MC really feel like they're exploring new horizons together :x Harold, Dozer, and Darius are all experienced and they know what they're up to but Chester is just as awkward/eager to do stuff to you as you are to him. Really has the new boyfriend feel of new love and exploration which is really sweet. I can't wait to see his character start to form and he gets more confident and certain in his actions :) I think I'd like to see a few things, like his family and his momma gushing over him and the MC :3 name calling 100% and maybe even lots of family photos and making chester blush at it all. Vernon getting brought to justice would be awesome too. And maybe doing a thing where he makes a first draft of a game just for the MC? Could be ultra nerdy but super gushy and romantic i bet... plus it could allow for a bit of crossover with Endless Bounty too (https://tenor.com/bbDL9.gif). Still loving everything you're doing Dyne and hope you have a great October break!

Hmmm, how do I feel about Chester? Hard to say as he's got quite a few similar aspects as me so in some ways it's hard to see him for himself and not the MC dating me in a way. I really like how him shows appreciation for a different culture without trying to convert it like some people do. I also fine it refreshing on the fact him being a sexual assault survivor without it being simplify. But my favorite part being the convention time and the visit to the onsen.

I think it's just the potential Chester has to achieve so much. Eric has the ability to do that with him, and a lot of hte other routes, the other boys are incredibly skilled in their own ways. And it's true that Chester is a master l33t gamer, amazing cosplayer and stuff, but he and the player have the ability to work together and really compliment each other's strengths and help each other grow and learn and laugh. Perhaps it's the fact he has a younger personality, but Chester has a sort of charisma to him that makes him very likeable, so thank you for putting so much time into writing Bull-Boi! (Also, his relationship to his brother is really cool, and I appreciate having family members showing up!)

One of my favorite moments throughout the whole route was learning more about Chester's past with Vernon and him trusting you enough to open up about it, and just being there to support him in his time of need, and eventually, him being there for us when we needed him. I just love how romantic, protective, and supportive he is. What I love about Chester is his nerdy (and also aggressive haha) side and how he's not afraid or ashamed to just be himself. Honestly, I don't really know what I would like to see from this point, but I have to say that I haven't been disappointed with anything so far. Chester is definitely my favorite one though, so it's gonna be such a sad day when it ends!

I love all the guys and Chester is one of my favourites. I really enjoyed the times we got to spend with him at the convention and his otaku side. His story with Vernon was troubling and added some flavour to his story, I'm glad that Chester's friends rallied around to help deal with him, my only point I would like to see is maybe more of a clear understanding to why Vernon did what he did and him finally coming to turns with his sexuality? :) Just something I think would fit into Chester's story and go with his personality is maybe a day where he and the main character go to a fancy dress shop and pick out some costumes, maybe for like a card event or party. After which they could maybe take the party to Chester's bedroom for some roleplaying fun :P Thanks for all the work yourself and your team have done on this fantastic game!

Chester's route is pretty nice indeed, and like all the others routes, it's hard not have some nice moments to love from. My favorites got to be when i see Ches flexing in the school's lockers, and another is the the times Eric gets to see him on his bed ^w^. I can say that he is just "adorabull"...!! Now as for something i wished to know, well, mostly i would like to maybe see his family, like maybe, Chester and Andrew get to have some fun talking about the past, and show family photos with Eric, and we could get to see young Ches and Andrew too XD! So yeah, maybe a little more of their past would be nice ^^.

I think my favourite moment with Chester was the revenge he inadvertently got against Vernon. He didn't have to do much, just let Vernon be Vernon and then take advantage of the situation (and I will forever love Darius coming in to help drive the point home). Chester admittedly is my "least" fave of the current gang (but that's like being the fifth-richest man in the world--you're still WAY above the rest of humanity). So he's still a damn amazing man, and I'd easily fall for someone like him. He has so much pure joy when he's doing something he enjoys. There is this sincerity that makes him very enjoyable to interact with. Oddly, he's also helped me come to terms with my own temper, as it can be VERY "Chester" sometimes (actually, all of the guys are helping me come to terms with aspects of myself, but that's its own story). All in all, Dyne, just keep doing what you're doing. You've made some incredible guys, and Chester is no exception! I'm looking forward to what you manage to fit in with the final few days!

My favorite moments with Chester are all related around a pretty intense theme, but I think out of all of them the sex scene in the shower where his trauma n anxieties related to what happened to him in the past come up and the mc helps him deal with those feelings in that moment, and gives reassurance to him. The topic tht Chester's route runs into is always one I dread in basically any NSFW work n this is one tht could actually handle it well, and that scene especially was kinda special n amazing to me

I like his energy, his positivity, his enthusiasm, and his optimism; he has his darker moments, and his insecurities, but I feel like his up-beat energy is just infectious. I enjoyed him geeking out over the game he was designing.

He’s definitely my favourite and that’s because he hits all my spots. I really loved his innocent and honest character – how relatable he is. From the other hand he had so many kinky elements (I loved all descriptions about his beefy body and intense musky scent). I really loved that he wasn’t so perfectly immaculate and that the essence of his kink was more natural that it’s common I pop-culture.

Chester is definitely one of my favorite guys because he's so relatable. He's this down to earth nerdy dude who just wants to share everything he loves with you. He's innocent enough to be adorkable but he knows how to turn the kink on a bit too. Like most inexperienced nerdy guys I think he's spent a lot of time thinking about what he wants sexually but is too green to just come out and say it at first. In a lot of ways he's like the playable character, just trying to makes ends meet and enjoy life. I'd personally like to see more of his family, get a glimpse at his roots. But I would probably say the same thing about all the boys. Save for Spencer now of course, because we have and his family is awesome. Other than that I've personally been pretty happy with Chester, he's got a good story and a good personality. I'm sure we could all go for more intimate scenes with him. Bull knows how to get a guy going haha.

to be sincere the good think about chester is that he is on even grounds with the protagonist he is just a young adult trying to figure out a job and how to go forward, the difference between him and the others is that while others had really set things they wanted to do, were working on or were really capable at, chester is the only one that is on that state of "what i wanna and can do for my future" as the protagonist. so to resume what I would like to see would be idk something more simple like if he succeeded or not on his job interview and such, idk I just liked him because he feels like the most simple and nice of the cast (what is a good thing on my eyes) o also see what happens with the bernon thing. these is just my opinion tho.

My favorite thing about Chester's route is the story the player goes through on that route, even though it's very unpleasant stuff it's another story added on to Chester's. Still, as great as Chester is, nothing's gonna win me over from that lion except maybe the hoosky :D

Honestly I'd say Harold's route has featured less about Eric's living situation. Other than a small comment from Richard earlier in the route, the only actual mention of Eric moving in is on the last day. While Chester, his brother and Eric had talked about moving in together, it was with the intent of moving into a larger space and I'd honestly be surprised to have seen something like that happen during Chester's route. I could imagine the topic getting much the same treatment as on Harold's route with it becoming official that Eric and Chester would be moving in together on the final day. Also "and are leaning that way heavily with Darius." Did you mean Dozer? Other than having mentioned something about it a bit jokingly on the latest day, I don't exactly remember Darius mentioning anything about Eric moving in.

Going to be honest, out of all them I found Chester the sexiest. I noticed with the sex scenes he always seemed the most innocent, in terms of experimenting and trying things together. Harold and Darius had more experience with sex. Spencer had that confidence. Even Dozer appeared to take the led in a way. Chester though was the one I felt was on more even ground with the protagonist when it came time for them both to get naked.

When Chester first showed off his cosplay for the convention I thought "Oh, hey that looks like something from Dragon Age" and then not a sentence later he says it was from (something to the effect of) Dragon Era. Oh man Chester is like one of the guys I would hang with. Just chill play games, video games, watch anime, and D&D. He is just a big nerd and love it about him. Convention was super great thing to do. I like how he is shy about wanting to do things with the MC and get Darius to help out. I....really don't have anything extra to add here as others beat me to it. I'm a fan of the scene where you're playing games together the most though. The one thing I'm curious about is Chester asked about the MC moving in with them, but nothing further was said about it. Of all the routes thus far, Chester's you have a fully stable financial situation (manager at an arcade isn't exactly comparable to working at the school store or the cafe) and yet you're still living in the shelter. Is Chester going to move for the new job (assuming he gets it). The fact that you're still living at the shelter in Chester's route just seems...off to me given that you've essentially moved in with Coach's route, did move out and in with Spencer in his, and are leaning that way heavily with Darius.

Personally, though Chester is only tied w/ Spencer for my second favorite route, one thing I loved about Chester's route in particular is that it delved into the darkest subject matter of any route - namely sexual assault and PTSD - and in such a way as to honestly discuss and represent what it can actually be like for people who go through these things and how it can affect them for a long time after the fact. Then there was the representation of how it can feel for a loved one to go through something similar and how that can impact an already compromised / still recovering mindset. The way Chester's arcs and story lines are handled feels very genuine in their representation of these sorts of issues; like I could see a real person going through something like that and responding in the same way as Chester. It's always refreshing to see a game or story that explores and represents these sorts of topics as accurately and realistically as possible as opposed to watering down the severity or shying away from the subject all together for fear of offending someone or causing controversy. Games like EA really take a huge step in the right direction for normalizing the ideas of talking about and representing these issues in a meaningful and impactful way, which I think is actually really cool.

Chester is a fun route where you enjoy a more laid back, everyday slice of life. He's very grounded in what many could have as a steadily blooming relationship, especially compared to the other routes where you're in a whirlwind romance (Coach) or childhood friend (Spencer) (not that that's a critique, each route has their own strengths). Chester is a friend who you started going out with and are enjoying learning more about each other as you keep going.

What a curious post! I'll try to come back to this (since I should technically be working now), but what comes to mind immediately: - The 2nd time we're cooking together (curry and custard), the CG you get out of that was pretty hot, so well done there Dyne - great composition all around :) - I'd be curious to see more resolution around Vernon. Obviously, you may or may not have plans to wrap the story up, but what stuck out to me (outside of the most recent/funny cafeteria scene) was that I remember a couple of characters talking about an interaction between Chester and Vernon that led people to believe that's how they knew Chester was gay. This could be referring to the frat party, but that didn't seem to be the case from how I read it? Additionally, Vernon seems to be trying to be friendly with Chester and is just mad at the MC, so there seems like there might be some other Football-related incident that hasn't come about yet? I could also be dead-wrong.

As much as I love the silly side of him, I was impressed with the more serious aspects of his route. The stuff involving Vernon was shocking and hard to watch, in a good way. I especially like the last scene (so far). Darius stepping up to help Chester was sweet, and when Chester told Vernon he would never be his friend, I almost felt bad for Vernon. Almost.
