For those that played Endless Bounty...
Added 2021-10-07 18:30:50 +0000 UTC***Just a possible SPOILER warning for anyone that hasn't played/completed it yet!***
For you folks that played Endless Bounty, what is it about certain characters that you found to be appealing or endearing?
Namely when it came down to Gerald, Lozran and Karth and their interactions with Drok'tar.
What about them did you enjoy? What made you say, hey, LOVE ME! Or what made you want to take them to bed or decide that Drok'Tar was better off being with them?
Just looking for some feedback here as we develop our current title :)
Thanks!

And that's perfectly alright! I love reading these kinds of comments. I just don't know how to respond sometimes. I'm really glad you enjoyed it so much!

2021-10-16 22:53:04 +0000 UTCYeah, I can get carried away with giving feedback; especially on something I love. I feel like I remember having to actively trim back that review I did on Endless Bounty because I didn't want to make the video too long or too spoiler.

2021-10-16 03:37:50 +0000 UTCPhew, this was a COMMENT, haha. It's taken me a minute to get to it. I did like reading all the points you make about each relationship though ;3 Lozran was definitely my favorite of the bunch, so seeing what folks tend to think of him is always fun. Karth was a touch one for me. He wasn't exactly planned very well, and a lot of his stuff did involve Lozran, making it more difficult to get into, but once you were there, it was nice~

2021-10-15 16:25:12 +0000 UTCI'd hope to one day see more from the game...maybe something along the lines of a part two, maybe a re-texture, anything to see more of this and it's characters π€©

2021-10-08 17:26:31 +0000 UTCGosh, an ending where they ended up in one giant poly relationship... That would have been a ton of fun x3

2021-10-08 17:26:25 +0000 UTCSeems the mentor ship concept is a big button for a bunch of people, which is good news for me... Always glad to hear!

2021-10-08 17:23:35 +0000 UTCI like this thought behind it too! Thank you for sharing that with me~ I can see why you'd want that for Lozran. He's a big ol' sweetheart of a dragon x3

2021-10-08 16:39:02 +0000 UTCOoh, that's a great point to make with Drok'Tar! Honestly, I think it's more fun (and a bit easier) to write characters that have their own personality like that, so good to know!

2021-10-08 16:37:59 +0000 UTCHahaha, well thank you! We sure do love seeing fanart of the guys (Gavel always tends to squeal over it!).

2021-10-08 16:36:32 +0000 UTCHey, nothing wrong with calling out Drok'Tar too. I'm glad to have had a really appealing MC for that project too ;3 All of this is good stuff to hear, so thanks!

2021-10-08 16:35:45 +0000 UTCGerald and Drok'tar had a lot of good chemistry with each other with their catch me if you can game they've been playing with their motivations being that the love each other and both wanting to protect each other because of Gerald's lycanism. Gerald's playfulness makes a good foil for Drok's seriousness. In a thematic way, their romance is tragic given Drok's past with trusting people only to trust Gerald only for him to becoming a lycan. It's tragic but romantic. Lozran is my favorite with him being a legend that Drok looks up to but is noble and a good person despite the line of his previous work and how some might let glory get to their head and having a humble life in a quint village. There is that hero admiration that Drok has for Lozran but only for Lozran to have his own admiration of Drok'tar. I also love the fact that Lorzan is a daddy, in that he's, presumably, much older than Drok while Drok seems to be an older adult himself (late 20's to late 30's? I don't recall an age stated for Drok) which I personally like. Karth is the one I had trouble latching on to. It's nothing to do with his personality or backstory, if anything that's really good. He's the seemingly shady guy with possibly questionable morals which gives him some mystery only to find that he's really a good with with a noble cause and Drok'tar can join his cause which results in them bonding with their mutual goal of helping orphans as they were both orphans themselves. It's also fun to see the relationship starting as a booty call/business transaction developing into a closer relationship. The issue I had with Karth's is that it felt that the interactions were underdeveloped, not in the relationship in itself, but when compared to Gerald's and Lozran's. I believe that might be because Drok'tar interacts a lot with Lozran and Gerald as part of the plot of the story where as Karth isn't all that relevant. And since there is a ticking clock and he's interactions are at odds with Lozran's makes it feel like you have to go out of your way to learn about him. It gives the game more replayability (especially since it took me a while to get to know him) but I might not have gotten to know him since it involves leaning on Drok'tar's merc characteristic of wanting money rather than nobility which I rather do than go for money. I guess it was more of a matter of play style for me? If there was a "head canon" choice relationship that I would have to anticipate if there was ever a continuation of Drok'tar's story (besides thinking Drok'tar would bang them all in one go somehow), he seems like he'll never give up on Gerald. But, again, my Love Me character is Lozran. Character design, personality and relationship with Drok aside as previously mention, I like that Lozran gives Drok a place to settle down when he choses to and a place to come back to which is something that Gerald seems to want for Drok'tar. I'd also like to think that they would eventually learn of Karth's plans and help him out with it. Ah, so many sexy men to choose from but dragon Daddy is my husbando of choice.

2021-10-08 15:37:04 +0000 UTCAside from designs for all 4 (seriously all of them are great) Gerald was a cute trickster that meshed well with Drok'tar, and their dynamic together was great. Lozran's design appealed to me (he was my "hey LOVE ME" LOL) and as I got to know him I loved him even more, love the veteran vibe. Finally, Karth's backstory with heart of gold character made me like him real fast, I did him last though cuz Lozran and Gerald took my heart first.

2021-10-08 04:35:51 +0000 UTCGerald and Drok had just the cutest interactions together. The whole attempt to just to find a quiet time together really touched my heart. And of course can't overlook Gerald's nighttime nature that was just too precious. And obviously for the fluffy guy π₯°

2021-10-07 22:27:19 +0000 UTCLozran was my instant LOVE MEEE~ He is such a sweetheart
2021-10-07 20:47:16 +0000 UTCThey all have their strong appeals. Gerald had the history that went unspoken for so much of the game, the underlying tension between two guys who clearly love one another but are at odds. Lozran appealed to the "intimidating but actually very nice veteran who finds themselves attached to the bright newcomer", and Karth had the shades of "mildly abrasive at first but again, heart of gold, wants to do good with his life" archetype. The fact that all of them are hot and make a good match for Drok'tar and appeal to different aspects also helps. If only there was an ending with all of them together. Ah well, I can certainly dream...

2021-10-07 20:30:40 +0000 UTCIt's more of a personal preference but I'm not as big a fan of Gerald's route. There's chemistry for sure but it seems like it's just physical (which don't get me wrong is HAF). Lozran's was much more enjoyable to me. The whole mentor/admiration turning to a partnership was very well done. Just like Kazran's, this route has character growth for Drok'tar in realizing he doesn't have to be 'just X'.

2021-10-07 19:52:14 +0000 UTCI really like how Gerald is a werewolf and has this relationship with Drok'tar. One thing I did find surprising is how much he wanted to be fucked by the werewolf and that them becoming a couple is attractive to me.

2021-10-07 19:50:31 +0000 UTCLoved EB! Glad to provide feedback. So, I unlocked all the endings, and I preferred Gerald's 'best' ending. My reasoning is that for me, I actually found neither him nor Drok to be that endearing. I think those two deserve each other. That isn't criticism, I like it when sometimes a protagonist isn't a completely sympathetic character. Lorzan was by far the most endearing, and I want him to wind up with someone a little more grounded than Drok.

2021-10-07 19:50:06 +0000 UTCfor me it was just good dialogue and rapport. Gerald and Drok have a playfulness that I appreciated, and seeing the needier werewolf side of him was endearing. With Lozran it was nice to see Drok be a fan boy, and the character was interesting as an older hero type of character. It's hard to say if there's anything that specifically makes them stand out, because it all seems to boil down to interesting characters and good dialogue between them that gives a sense of familiarity as well as chemistry. You might say that Drok is the key component, because how he reacts and interacts with them gives the dialogue more life. He's not necessarily the usual blank slate character that allows you to just impress your own personality onto him, he has his own charm

2021-10-07 19:48:14 +0000 UTCOrc x WW is such a good combo, right? x3 I really loved their dynamic ;3

2021-10-07 19:45:08 +0000 UTCPersonally what I love is the chemistry between the characters the banter and depth that grows the more you talk to them. Like Lozran and Gerald both and a great story to follow and an amazing peak that satisfied me. Now for the sexual aspect don't change a thing every visual novel u put out has been amazing u got an scret recipe that keeps me wanting more.π₯° -That's why I can't stop making fan art lmao

2021-10-07 19:45:07 +0000 UTCWell, if your gallery isn't fully unlocked, then there's a chance you might be missing something ;3 But I am glad to hear your thoughts on Gerald! It was a fun idea getting to reflect that stuff on the title screen, and I'm happy to hear you liked their relationship!

2021-10-07 19:13:16 +0000 UTCPlayed the game several months ago, and found it quite a treat, despite how short it was. Gerald and Drok had the most chemistry, and were reversible, which was quite a plus. Karth was sweet, even if getting his ending felt like it needed more time to flesh out; kind of an issue with the more reserved characters I guess. Lozran was my favorite though, since I have a huge dragon/scalie bias, but he was also just the perfect mix of fun character and older mentor type guy. I just didn't really like the slit play that much, but doesn't ruin dragon dad for me. I want to cheat and say Drok'Tar was just a pleasure to play as, with him being a big boi, quite nice, and having a shy exploits my weaknesses

2021-10-07 19:11:49 +0000 UTCLozran was my trigger. The childhood hero scenario is a fun option to have and although I did enjoy the other endings I do like the childhood hero bit.

2021-10-07 19:06:26 +0000 UTCI'm a huge huge huge fan of the combo orc x werewolf so i'm biased, but Gerald playing hard to get, how much he's sweet in a scene then a horny ball in another, plus the shared past with Drok'tar... just istant ship.

2021-10-07 18:50:24 +0000 UTCAgain, spoilers! I played it and got the ending where Gerald runs off againβ¦but I decided months later to give it another go and damnit Iβm glad I did!!! I got the ending where Gerald and Drokβtar stay with each other and it even reflects on the title screen. The relationship they share with each other is straight up goals. It was when they realized that they were better off together when I fell hard. I still have more endings to go, but this one was by far my favorite. Also the moment between Lozran was automatic on my achievement list, dragons are everything π. I wonder if I missed an ending where he and Lozran end up together?

2021-10-07 18:38:45 +0000 UTCThe fact that they were all hot as fuck certainly helped but I loved the backstories of all the characters (retired something, lover/convict etc.)
