Total War: Pharaoh Dynasty was updated a week ago. How is the game? Is it good now? After 30 hours of gameplay, here are my comments about Total War: Pharaoh Dynasty.

Positive:

1. The best graphic ever in the Total War series. Mud and sandy effects are great on soldiers' bodies, which makes the combat feel more immersive and sexy! You may not expect it from other games like this. Matched combat and crazy details are so satisfying.

2. The best Immersive experience. Although the bronze age is not cool, you will have my Total Warmiadens version to play in the future! Ancient female warriors from movies and paintings are now fighting in the mud, water, and sand~

3. Gameplay is not the best, but good enough. As a historical total war game, it is fun to play. Although there are some balance issues, you can customize it with game settings and workshop mods.

4. Rich Content. It combines Total War Pharaoh and Troy (just like Warhammr I & II), which makes the game have very rich content. It has the second-largest campaign map among all series. You can think this is only Egyptians? Nop, there are:

1) Sea People (Ancient guys dressed like Vikings).

2. Ancient Greeks

3. Babylons

4. Hittites.

5. Canaanites.

6. Africans.

7. Assyria and so on.

It has a map with broad civilizations.

5. Best performance. Game loading is insanely quick comparing to Warhammer, and it can have much bigger battle size.

Negative:

1. Limited Strategy. Ancient times had limited calvary, stupid chariot AI, and a lack of unit varieties.

2. Unbalanced statistics. Lethal damage is a good setting, but it is not balanced. Ranged units are too op, while melee combat is too long and slow-paced.

3. Annoying AI behaviors. Annoying Guerrilla wars, they can keep burning your buildings outside the town and run away.

2&3 can be fixed by mods, it is not a big problem.
