You get a taste of worldbuilding, with the establishment of Arlong and the concept of fishmen. You have strong side characters in Gen and Nojiko. You have a powerful, emotional backstory with Nami. You have hype with the Walk to Arlong Park. You have a great (at being hateable) villain in Arlong himself. And it all ties together with a great sendoff to cap off the arc. Arlong Park is a 10/10.
