Let's plan - Poll #1

As announced a few days ago, I want you, as my appreciated supporter, to have more influence on the development timeline. Therefore, there will be more polls in the future where you can vote to influence the path of development of this game. So: Let's plan together!

Often it will be about which new features I should add to the game or which feature I should develop and integrate first. Sometimes it will also be about what something should look like.

To ensure that supporters of higher levels have a stronger influence on the result, they are given votes that count multiple times depending on their tier. Unfortunately, Patreon does not offer such a feature on its platform. This means a bit more work for me, as I have to recalculate all the results with weighted votes. In the end, however, I think it is fair that the supporters of the higher tiers have a stronger influence here. And of course, all the votes on Patreon and Scubscribestar will be added together to get the final result. I will then create a chart to show the results.

I also want to display the voting results in such a way that you get the following info: the basic votes, without taking the tiers into account. And stacked on top of that, the number of votes for the given option that was gained with the voting weight of the higher tiers.

This could lead to surprising results if an option is at the top according to the basic number of votes, but is then defeated when the weighted number of votes is added to obtain the final result. I'm curious to see how this will work and how much effort it will really cost me to calculate it all.

The boombox

I'm pretty sure that most or even all of you have tried out the new Boombox feature. I wanted to try something new with it. It could be expanded even further, with more slots to place it in, more tracks, a volume control, and maybe one day you could even play your own tracks!

But before I expand this feature, it is important for me to know, if it was a good idea, how important it is for you and how many of you use it at all. I will then use this information to plan how, when and to what extent I will develop it further.
