From what I gathered from the Japanese version of her, she sounds more gentle to fit the nurse behavior pouring over into her big sister tendencies. The VA is good in her own way, but sounds more like the teasing/bullying older step-sister type instead of the gentle caring one portrayed in the game. In a sex scene I would expect her to cheer you on.
