Talk To The Audience?!? Episode 3

Another month has passed, which means it's time for us to sit down for an hour and respond to questions and comments from the past four weeks of episodes. But that's not all: on this episode of Talk to The Audience?!?, we also discuss a recent YouTube video that charts the decline of The Simpsons, and an article that details why writer Mimi Pond couldn't get hired during the early years of the show. We hope you didn't download this podcast just to boo us...

Your points about the Fall of the Simpsons video had me vigorously nodding my head while listening to the podcast at work. I've always rejected the concept that Principal and the Pauper was when the show jumped the shark, and listening to your podcast has further convinced me that the answer is just not that simple. A lot of friends sent me the Fall of the Simpsons video, and I directed them to Talking Simpsons as a much better source of Simpsons discourse :)

Enjoyed the episode. I think the point where I started falling off was the jockey episode which was the first one I actively hated though I would continue to watch for a few more seasons after that. I look forward to the Talking Animation show when you reach that goal. Hope you do movies in addition to shows. Lastly wanted to let you know Anime Hell is still a thing at a bunch of cons like Anime Boston and Anime Weekend Atlanta with probably some of the same people running it.
