It had Ralph and Krusty sitting next to each other on a plane. But if it's not in the deleted scenes, does this mean it was deemed too cruddy to release to the public?

I've apparently seen enough of the "New" Seasons of Simpsons to realize that one cut scene from this season is very similar to a used joke in the later season. The cut scene I'm talking about is from Bart the Fink when Marge convinces Homer to talk to Bart and Homer says "Alright but when he turns 21 you have to talk to him about sex." In the Season 19 episode All About Lisa (where Lisa works for Krusty), Bart is depressed because he didn't get the job, Marge and Homer argue about who needs to talk to him (they banter about "But I had to talk to him about _____" and eventually Marge convinces Homer and he says "Fine, but you just bought yourself the Strange New Feelings talk"
