You might know him from his work on The Simpsons with his former writing partner Bill Oakley, as well as Mission Hill, Gravity Falls, and various other great projects, but this interview is devoted solely to his newest series as a showrunner, Disenchantment. (Though we obviously touch on The Simpsons here and there.)

Although I had early reservations about the show, I ended up really enjoying it by the end of the season. Hearing the thought process behind their creative decisions makes me appreciate it even more. This was one of my favorite interviews that you've done so far. You guys had great questions and Josh gave really thoughtful responses.
