It's a great line. I say some variation like that to my wife frequently when we have to tell our kids that they're not allowed to do something that is unsurprising for them to want to do.

It was one of my favorite Dr. Seuss books as a kid and hearing it referenced always made me laugh when I'd see the reruns of this growing up. I teach at a Japanese preschool and it's probably the most popular Dr. Seuss book we have, I'm guessing because of the crazy creatures.
