I’ve found that I need to be extra gentle while using two hands at the same time. Some people can successfully hand express with only one hand cupping like a C and others like me need to use both hands cupping around the areola like this! Be careful not to harm your nipple. You never need to squeeze your nipple to express your milk this can only lead to nipple injury and I learned that the hard way!
