Added 2020-03-16 23:06:28 +0000 UTCOne thing to be careful of is when your baby is a little older and starts getting teeth is biting this is a proper latch if you don’t want the baby to bite the tongue should be out and the suction should be proper if it is causing pain it’s an improper latch and must be reestablished. Don’t give up keep trying to reattach until the baby understands that it needs to not bite down so that you don’t feel any pain and the baby is drinking correctly to maximize your milk supply in order to keep it flowing.
