Depending on what program you're using to open the .gpx, it might not recognize the proper tempo changes or the 2nd fret capo on the acoustic track, so if you're having problems with that you can set the acoustic tuning to F# B E A C# F# (basically 2 semitones above standard) as a quick workaround. I recommend just using the multi-track pdf though and avoiding the potential trouble altogether unless you really need to use the gpx
